Javier passed away on 5/19/2025. The cause of his death was Pulmonary and Heart dysfunction. Hugo Montenegro, Socorro Montenegro, Connie Espinoza-Springfield, Julie Montenegro, Dick Montenegro, Isaiah Montengro, Kole Montenegro, Anthony Springfield, and David Taylor survive him.
